Baskids is back at it again for part 2 of our School Supply Drive!
Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017, join Baskids as we partner with The Social Group to fundraise for back to school supplies at Amsterdam Lounge from 5pm-9pm. Last week's drive at Lost Society was nothing short of amazing, so if you missed it or want to join us again this event is your opportunity! This is our second event to collect back to school supplies because want to give everyone an opportunity to donate and make a difference in the community.
The mission of The Baskids Project is to create a generation of readers and that begins at home and continues at school. We are very excited to add a back to school drive to our list of fundraising activities this year. It is very important for all children to be able to walk into school prepared and ready to learn.
Do your part and donate money or school supplies to Baskids and know that you sent a child to school prepared! Donating at least $15 can provide a child with the basic supplies that they need.
